Filthy Rich and
Stinking Rich
Why do people use the terms "Filthy Rich" or "Stinking
Rich"? That creates a negative connotation in people's minds.
When someone says those words to you, what do you immediately
think of? Is it a wonderful and warm feeling associated with
being rich?
Do you feel glad that you're middle-class
and those terms don't apply to you? That's not what you
want. You'll never become rich if you keeping thinking like
that.
Society, other people, and such phrases have
conditioned us to think and believe that being rich is a bad
thing. We need to reverse those conditionings to project a
positive image of being rich. Instead of saying filthy rich or
stinking rich, how about use terms like the generous rich ones,
charitable rich, smart and rich, or subsitute it with other
nicer phrases.
You need to respect, admire, and try to learn
something from those that are wealthier than you are. Don't
talk about them negatively because that affects how your mind
thinks and associates with being rich. If your subconscious
mind think being rich is bad, it will do all that is possible
to avoid being rich. That's why sometimes people sabotage their
own success.
If you are not yet rich and refer to the
wealthy like that, how do you think people will refer to you
when you're a millionaire? What goes around, really comes back
around, so remember to say good things to rich people who are
at that stage in life that you want to be at.
Don't envy them because they have nice houses,
pools, cars, money, and a great family. Join them, and become
like them. Absorb knowledge and ideas, and ask them for advice
to increase your productivity or profits. Self-made
millionaires are generous with advice and suggestions that can
help you.
Despite what some people think, not all
millionaires step on people's toes and do bad things to get
money. Stop thinking like that. You need to think of all the
good that these rich and wealthy people do. Think about their
volunteer work and the huge amounts of money they donate to
charities, and then you won't think of them as "FILTHY
rich" anymore.
