If you want to learn how to talk to a millionaire there are several tips that I have to share with you.

Over the years Ive surrounded myself with millionaires in different industries and have learned how to talk to a millionaire.

Its not that hard, just think of them as a friend or neighbor. Most self-made millionaires started out broke and with no money in the beginning. They would happily tell you their humble beginnings if you have a genuine curiosity and would like to know.

Millionaires admire people who take initiative. Step out and show him/her that youre not afraid to state your opinion, make quick informed decisions, and take action.

You need to step up to the plate to be able to hang around them. Basically, the advice is dont be a wallflower or doormat. Dont be shy, speak in low squeaky tones of voice, show your nervousness, and act like you have confidence.

Read often. Millionaires like people who are informed and are know what they are talking about. Dont just babble about nothing and go on and on. You need to learn how to talk to a millionaire by recognizing and speaking on their wavelength.

Millionaires are progressive thinkers and like people who are constantly thinking of new business growth, ideas, trends, etc. Learn about finance, business, real estate, trusts, investments, stock market, asset protection, tax loopholes, etc. Those are the topics that millionaires are interested in and you should have some kind of knowledge in those areas as well.

Talk to a millionaire like you are his/her equal. They dont like it when you act like youre kissing up to them or give them false flattery or compliments.

Be honest and genuine. Dont try to talk to them or get to know them because you plan to make money off them by selling them products or partnering up with them.

Treat them like a mentor or teacher with respect. Treat them with respect unless they prove them don't deserve it but having bad morals or using unethical business practices, etc. You can learn a lot by hanging around people that are smarter than you. Learn, learn, and learn! Soak up their knowledge like a sponge and one day youll get there too.

Dont be intimidated.

Use a firm handshake when meeting a millionaire.

Be bold and stand up tall. Don't slouch when you walk.

Think before you speak.

Dont show everyone what you dont know and that you are foolish by commenting or talking about subjects you know nothing about. Its ok to listen if you dont know.
