Inspirational Thought of the Day

This is the beginning of a new day.

God has given me this day to use as I will.

I can waste it or use it for good- but what I do today is important because I am exchanging a day of my life for it.

When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever leaving in its place something I have traded for it.

I want it to be a gain and not a loss- good, not evil- success, not failure- in order that I shall not regret the price that I paid for it.

Sometimes we dwell on past mistakes or failures too often, and it eats away at the time we have left. Since we can't do anything about the past, we should let it go. What's past will no longer concern us, bother us or hunt us. Let it go!

We have the present to deal with and we can do a whole lot with TODAY.

The future doesn't concern us either. If you live fully and completely each and every day, the seeds you sow today will create a nice bountiful harvest for you in the future. You will be well taken care of in the future if you worry only about today. Those who are preoccupied with the future fail to plant any seeds today because they are dreamingly lying around on the meadow gazing at the sky and dreaming of their future.

When you go to sleep at night, ask yourself if you have accomplished everything that you set out to do today. If not, then why?
